Itinerary :
Day 1 Bangkok-Chiangrai
Depart Bangkok to Chiangrai by Thai Airways flight
Transfer to hotel take 2.30hrs. ( own expense )
Overnight at Namkhong Riderside Hotel 3*
Day 2 Chiangrai-Houei Sai-Pakbeng ( B/L/D )
7.30am. After breakfast and check out then hotel transfer to Chiangkhong Pier meet the satff of Luang Sai Cruise and boat across Mekong River to Houei Sai Border immigration process at border . Our staff will standby at the office at near the pier .
9am Luang Say boat leaves slow boat pier for cruising down the Mekong River to Luang Say Lodge in Pakbeng . One stop is made en route to Pakbeng to observe a rural life along the Mekong River at Ban Houy Phalam , a Kamu village . A buffet lunch is served on boat . The boat arrives at Luang Say Lodge before sunset for an overnight stay and a dinner is served at terrace overlooking the Mekong River .
Day 3 Pakbeng - Pak Ou - Luang Prabang ( B/L )
A continental breakfast is served at terrace from 7am. The boat leaves Luang Say Lodge at 8am. and first stop at Ban Baw to observe the processing of the traditional rice alcohol . A buffet lunch is served on board . The boat stops again opposite the mouth of the Nam Ou River to visit Pak Ou caves where there are two caves " Tham Ting " and Tham Phoum " and thousands of Buddha images are found . The boat arrives in Luang Prabang ( a UNESCO world heritage city ) before sunset . Transfer to The Luang Say Residence 5* Hotel . Welcome and free at leisure .
Day 4 Luang Prabang ( B/D )
You will enjoy breakfast and free day at leisure . Dinner at La Belle Epoque Restaurant .
Day 5 Luang Prabang - Other destinations ( B )
A breakfast is served at restaurant or bar terrace , transfer to the airport for other destination .
