Terms and Conditions
These terms govern all bookings made with Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd. and no contract shall be deemed to exist until:
- a booking reference has been issued by Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd;
- a booking confirmation has been issued and sent by email or fax; and
- payment of any required deposit has been received by Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd.
1. Product information
Information presented on this website is derived from product details provided by 3rd party suppliers. Every effort is made to maintain this information current and wherever possible any differences will be communicated at the time when booking is made.
2. Prices
Displayed prices are the latest available from 3rd party suppliers of products and services. Prices shown are for general guidance purposes only and subject to change without notice.
Confirmed pricing will be provided once a reservation request has been received by Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd.
3. Reservations
Reservations requested through this website will be subject to availability with our service providers. Once availability has been established Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd. will contact the client and seek confirmation and payment of a securing deposit, the amount of which will vary according to the type of product or service being requested.
4. Securing Deposits
Tours and Excursions: Require payment in full 15 days in advance of the requested departure date, or immediately if the lead-time is shorter than this.
Hotels and accommodation [low season, 1st May until 31st October]: Requires payment of a one night desposit to secure the reservation, with the balance of the bill payable upon checkout.
Hotels and accommodation [high season, 1st November until 30th April]: Requires advance payment in full to secure the reservation.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Tours and Excursions: Cancellations should be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of departure if a refund of the deposit is to be made. Cancellation less than 7 days before departure will result in the deposit being forfeit.
Hotels and accommodation [low season, 1st May until 31st October]: Cancellation should be received at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival if a refund on the deposit is to be made. Cancellations received less than 15 days before arrival will result in a charge of one night’s stay being deducted from the amount of deposit previously paid.
Hotels and accommodation [high season, 1st November until 30th April]: Cancellation should be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival if a refund on the deposit is to be made. Cancellations received less than 30 days before arrival will result in a charge of one night’s stay being deducted from the amount of deposit previously paid.
6. Payment
Details on how to pay will be provided along with initial confirmation of receipt of a reservation request.
Payment can be made offline by Visa, Mastercard or American Express (4% bank service charge payable), or by direct bank transfer (recipient bank details will be provided).
Online payment is not supported at this time.
7. Age
All clients of Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd. must be aged 18 years or older.
8. Children
Unless otherwise stated, child rates, where available, will apply to those aged 12 years or younger, and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
9. Liability
Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd may not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or any injury, sickness or death incurred during or after engaging in activities, or staying at locations booked through the agency of Pacific Horizon 1984 Co., Ltd, its staff or affiliates.
